How soon can I expect my order?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days of its purchase.

Who is my shipping carrier?

All shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS)

How can I check the status of my order?

When you place an order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address when your order has been shipped. In that email you will receive a link to your TRACKING NUMBER. Select the hyperlink and you will see the estimated delivery time it will take for you to receive your order.

Are my items refundable?

Regarding the purchase of your product, all sales are final and exchanges/refunds cannot be made. However, if you are not pleased with your product after 3 days of usage please contact the owner.

What ingredients are used in products?

Each of our products are handmade and curated from 100% organic butters and pure essential oils. All active ingredients are listed on each product label.

I want to see before and after pictures of your products.

We encourage our clients to not just take our word for the success of our products but also the word of real customers. We upload all customer before and after pictures to our Instagram pages @my.mommy.wisdom

How can I leave a review?

Love our products? AWESOME, we’d love to hear from you! You may leave us a detailed review via google and/or our Facebook business page.

Product Care

Because our products are organic, we recommend discarding of them after 365 year once the seal has been broken.

How can I cancel my purchase?

If your order has already shipped you unfortunately will not be able to cancel your purchase. However, if you purchased an item mistakenly and you wish to cancel your order please email us at hello@myymommywisdom.com as soon as possible.

What happens if I do not like my products?
