What ingredients are used in products?

Each of our products are handmade and curated from 100% organic butters and pure essential oils. All active ingredients are listed on each product label.

I want to see before and after pictures of your products.

We encourage our clients to not just take our word for the success of our products but also the word of real customers. We upload all customer before and after pictures to our Instagram pages @my.mommy.wisdom

How can I leave a review?

Product Care

Because our products are organic, we recommend discarding of them after 365 days once the seal has been broken.




How soon can I expect my order?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 5 - 7 business days of its purchase. Learn more

How can I check the status of my order?

When you place an order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address when your order has been shipped. In that email you will receive a link to your TRACKING NUMBER. Select the hyperlink and you will see the estimated delivery time it will take for you to receive your order.

Help! I have not received my package. 

If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please drop us an email and we will investigate the matter immediately.




Are my items refundable?

Regarding the purchase of your product, all sales are final and exchanges/refunds cannot be made. However, if you are not pleased with your product after 3 days of usage please contact the owner. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

How can I cancel my purchase?

If your order has already shipped you unfortunately will not be able to cancel your purchase. However, if you purchased an item mistakenly and you wish to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible.

What happens if I do not like my products?

At My Mommy Wisdom we are confident you will love your products, but in the event you do not please email us to discuss.




Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site?

Currently, we accept Amazon Pay and Credit/Debit card payment through Shopify Payments for all orders.
