We know how challenging the adjustments to parenthood can be. Khenitha Reeves, Certified Lactation Counselor and founder of La Creme de la Mama offers motherhood coaching services to new moms. 

La Crème de La Mama is here to empower you on the journey of motherhood. Motherhood wellness services include lactation counseling, perinatal coaching, and postpartum coaching. All services include (4) sessions via Zoom.

 

Lactation Counseling 

Services are offered by a certified lactation counselor (CLC) who will support a mother (and her village) along the breastfeeding journey. Prior to delivery, you can schedule to meet with the CLC to learn more information about breastfeeding and to address any concerns that one may have. Once the baby arrives, the mom (or a member of her village) can schedule up to 3 follow-up sessions to discuss and address breastfeeding concerns in real-time, either virtually or by phone. Suggested follow-up: at the first latch, first day home, and 1 week home with the baby. Please note: services do not exclude moms who choose to pump (exclusively, hybrid, or none at all) or moms who have babies in the NICU.

 

Postpartum Coaching 

The fourth trimesterthe baby is here, now what? Postpartum coaching draws on the strength of mom prior to baby and intertwines them into her present role. Mom will be encouraged to identify her goals and how her values support them at this time. Please note: postpartum coaching does not substitute for psychotherapy or counseling, additional resources of support may be identified in this period.

 

Perinatal Coaching

Perinatal coaching is a partnership with a mom seeking to enhance their well-being through self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values. Coaching can be started at any point in the perinatal period. The perinatal coaching will address the four stages of coaching and empower the mom as she navigates through motherhood.

 

Refund and Return Policy

Can I return my product?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to COVID-precautions and CDC Health Regulations, once a product is received it cannot be returned. 

If I am not pleased with my purchase may I have a refund?

Regarding the purchase of your product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and exchanges/refunds cannot be made. However, if you are not pleased with your product after 3 days of usage please contact the owner.

How will I know when my package ships?

All shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS). When you place an order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address when your order has been shipped. In that email you will receive a link to your TRACKING NUMBER. Select the hyperlink and you will see the estimated delivery time it will take for you to receive your order. My Mommy Wisdom has no ability to know when or if your package is late. My Mommy Wisdom also cannot know any more of your packages trajectory other than what is listed on the tracking list.

What if my package is taking longer than normal to receive?

Our team is small, but passionate. All packages are fulfilled at our local black owned fulfillment facility in Jacksonville. All packages, I repeat ALL packages are SHIPPED when customers receive a confirmation email that "your package is on the way". There are times when USPS does not scan in package when accepted, surely that can seem as if there your package has not shipped or has no tracking status. In this event, please know that My Mommy Wisdom has indeed, shipped your package however we are more than happy to provide additional clarity.

What if my package is lost, stolen or damaged?

In the event that your package is lost, the owner of My Mommy Wisdom will assist you in filing a lost package claim with USPS, unfortunately, once your package has shipped our team has NO control if your package is lost, stolen or damaged. However, we will be more thank happy to provide additional clarity if need.
